“It’s Great to be a Saucer!”
What are you talking about Dr. Robin? (smile) Why would we want to be a ‘saucer’ and what’s the cup you want us to be under? Here’s something to think about…Have you ever thought about being under an overflow of blessings and catching what is just enough for you?
It is possible… but its initial requirements are humility and an attitude of servitude. Being earnestly and willing under the leadership of a man or woman of God will allow you to reap benefits of fresh anointing, blessings, and spiritual restoration.
Let’s use our imagination. Picture a spread of cups and saucers, laid out to create a firm foundation; several cups and saucers placed one on top of another ascending to a mountain formation. In God’s timing, there’s a pouring out over the top cup that continues until the cup is full and there begins the overflow, down to the saucers, to the next cups, and down to the next saucers, and on and on.
I pray that those you are under, your Pastors, your Bishops, your Overseers, etc. have their ‘cups’ ready to receive from the LORD Almighty. Know that your role as a ‘saucer’ is what provides continual support and stability. Stay in your position, know that the overflow may not be as potent as to what has been given to the “cup” but know that it’s just what your ‘saucer’ needs.
